Privacy Policy

Your bloodwork is yours. We never sell it, and we never feed it to an ad network.

What we collect

• Blood-test files you upload, and the marker values we read from them.
• What you tell us — your age, sex, weight, activity, diet, conditions, medications, and goals.
• Your email address, if you give it, so we can send your results and save your account.
• Basic usage data needed to run the service (e.g., which formulas were composed for your account).

How we use it

• To read your panels and compose your personalized formula, bounded by our safety rails.
• To email you your results and a link back to your plan, and to save your history so you can return, reorder, and track trends.
• To improve our formulas — only ever in de-identified form, and only with your consent.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to train advertising. We do not share identifiable health information with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

To run Liana we rely on a small number of processors, each handling only what's needed:

• Anthropic — the AI model that reads your panels and composes your formula.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — sends your results and sign-in emails.
• Amazon.com — where you choose to check out; your order and payment happen on Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy. Liana never sees or stores your payment details.

Storage & security

Your data is stored on our secured server and transmitted over encrypted connections. Passwords, when set, are stored only as salted hashes. We keep your data as long as your account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data, withdraw consent for de-identified improvement, or close your account — email us and we'll take care of it. You own your lab results; we're just borrowing them to help.

Children

Liana is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
