What if I don't have a blood test?

Most people already do — your last physical is enough. If not, ask your doctor for a basic panel, or order one from a lab. You own the results.

Is it safe with my medications?

That's the first thing we ask. Your meds run through an interaction engine — vitamin K comes out for warfarin, CoQ10 goes in for a statin — every dose held under its upper limit. It's informational; review it with your clinician.

Do I have to take this forever?

No — the opposite. As your markers recover, the formula shrinks, ingredient by ingredient. The goal is zero.

Where does my data go?
